Can I create macros?

Some clinicians will request, if I say "All risks were discussed", can it automatically insert a paragraph discussing all risks (e.g. bleeding, infection, etc).

At this stage, we're intentional to remain a transcription service, and not insert information that wasn't present in the transcript. Therefore, we don't currently have a method to add in information that wasn't discussed in the transcript (or listed in the notes section - next to the transcript). We are exploring the best way to implement a solution for this issue.
