How long are my documents available on i-scribe?

 

  • Default Data Retention: Notes are automatically deleted 14 days after creation.
  • Custom Settings: Clinicians can set a data retention period between 1 to 60 days via the "Preferences" screen.
  • Important Note: Once deleted, documents cannot be recovered. Be sure to copy and paste your notes into your EMR or letter templates before this occurs.
