Genie Integration Part 2: Activating Genie Integration in i-scribe (from clinician i-scribe account)
Note: The i-scribe Genie Agent must be installed before enabling this integration. Refer to Genie Integration Part 1.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure:
- Your IT department has completed Part 1 of set-up:
- You have your Integration Source ID (from your IT department)
- Found in this section for the article above: "2.4 API Key / Akuru API Key"
Then, from the clinician view within i-scribe:
1. Navigate to Integrations
Open Settings in the bottom left corner of the menu, and then select the Integrations tab.
2. Select Genie
Click on + Add Integrations, select Genie from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter your Integration Source ID and click Submit
4. Successful connection
Once complete, you’ll see a success message confirming the integration.
