Secretarial access feature (secretary view)

Instructions for secretarial staff on how to use the secretarial access feature

 

With the secretarial access feature, you can process the documents created by your clinician quickly and easily.

  1. First click the link your clinician sends to you.  If you do not have an i-Scribe account already, create your own.  Do Not use your clinician's account
  2. Copy the documents that are available for you into the EMR.  As you click the Copy button for each of the available notes, once all available documents for a clinician have been copied, it will mark that patient off as complete
  3. You can filter to find specific patients using the filter bar at the top
