  • Existing Templates: Your current templates remain unaffected and will not be discontinued.

Key Features of V2 Outputs

  1. Pre-analysis:
    • i-scribe analyses the content of your console before generating the documents.
    • This process extracts key information to create more comprehensive outputs.
  2. Efficiency:
    • The pre-analysis phase may take slightly longer, but once completed, document generation is faster.
  3. Improved Detail:
    • V2 templates produce more detailed and refined outputs, particularly suitable for longer, comprehensive letters.

Best Practices

  • Avoid Mixing non-V2 and V2 Outputs:
    • Using both non-V2 and V2 templates in the same console increases processing time.
    • Stick to either the old or the V2 outputs to optimise generation speed.
  • Customisations:
    • V2 templates are not automatically customised to match your current customised templates.

    • Start generating documents before finishing with the patient, ensuring they are ready by the time you return.

Issues to Note

  • Slower Mixed Output Generation:
    • Mixing non-V2 and V2 outputs causes older templates to generate more slowly.
  • Feedback and Customisation:
    • i-scribe welcomes feedback and can customise V2 templates upon request.
