How long are my documents available in i- scribe? What is the Data Retention period?

The documents generated by i-scribe are kept according to your Data Retention settings. This is set to 14 days by default, and can be extended up to 60 days by following the instructions below.

 

Important Note: Once deleted, documents cannot be recovered. This is to maintain the highest standard of patient data management. 

To adjust your Data Retention settings (refer to the image below):

  1. Click Settings (red arrow #1 below)
  2. Adjust the Data Retention slider (red arrow #2 below)
  3. Click Save Changes (red arrow #3 below)
