What to do if you get the "Network Error" pop-up

 
 
A "Network Error" message typically indicates a temporary interruption in your internet connection while the software attempts to retrieve the full transcript.

Resolving the Issue:

1. Retry:
    • Click the "Retry" button. This action prompts the software to try and retrieve any missing parts of the transcript.
    • Repeat this step once or twice to ensure complete data retrieval.
2. Cancel:
    • If the "Network Error" persists after multiple retries, click the "Cancel" button.
    • This action will allow you to proceed with note generation using the available portion of the transcript.

  • Refresh your browser: You can also try refreshing your browser to solve this issue.
    • Data will not be lost when refreshing the browser.
  • Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection to minimise the occurrence of network errors.
