What to do if you get the "Network Error" pop-up
When there's a network disruption, you may see the following error. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

A "Network Error" message typically indicates a temporary interruption in your internet connection. The software is attempting to retrieve any potential missing components of the transcript.
Steps to resolve this issue:
1. Click "Retry":
- This action prompts the software to try and retrieve any missing parts of the transcript.
- When you click "Retry" you may see the following pop-up:

-
- Wait 2 minutes (approx.)
- If the missing parts of the transcript still haven't appeared (and/or if you're still seeing the "Re-processing" error above) confirm the internet is working (e.g. by checking a few different websites)
- If you've followed the above steps (and the internet is working), you can continue to the next step: "Refresh" the browser by clicking this button
(the button may look different if you're using a different browser).
2. After Refreshing the Browser, if the pop-up is still present, you can click "Cancel":
- This action will allow you to proceed with output generation using the available portion of the transcript.
The above steps retrieve all available portions of the transcript.
