Secretary Mode: what does the status tick box mean?
It's designed to help you know what notes/letters require action.
- If there are outputs that are "Approved", but haven't been copied, the status box will remain un-ticked.
- The status box will be ticked in all other scenarios. This is to indicate that there aren't clear actions for staff to take.
- For example, in the below image, the "Status Box" that is left unticked has a letter that is yet to be copied:
